Our concept balcony is made from Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) CRC i2 and is designed to be slim, elegant, strong, and durable. The balcony is Denmark's first series-produced standard balcony in UHPC, and when you choose our concept balconies as a solution, you get the same material properties that you experience with our bespoke balcony solutions.

What sets our concept balconies apart is the combination of high-quality materials, expert craftsmanship, and design flexibility. Our CE-marked balconies come in different sizes and colors and can be customized with various surface textures to match your building design and vision. At Hi-Con, we understand that balconies are not only functional elements but also play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of a building. With our concept balconies, we offer a solution that provides flexibility in its design.

Our concept balconies are available in different sizes, ranging from 1.6 x 2.6 meters to 2 x 5 meters, and are available in the colors gray or light gray. In addition, we offer four different surface textures that not only enhance the visual appearance but also provide a non-slip surface. We also offer different railings that can complement your building's style, as you can see in the gallery section below.

The concept balconies can be manufactured with fall over the front edge, vagrant, or water spout, but it is not possible to design the balconies with curbs or parapets.
