Brabrandhus

When the housing association Brabrandhus built seven new apartments at "Hovedgaden" in Brabrand, they chose to build the apartments with new balconies in high performance concrete from Hi-Con. Therefore, each of the seven apartments was equipped with a balcony that contributes with a big and spacious outdoor area for the residents at Brabrandhus.  

The parapet balconies from Hi-Con measure between 6,5-12 m2 with a balcony slab that measure around 90mm. All balconies are cast in grey CRC i2® with stainless fibers.
