"Grønnegården" is located in Aalborg and has undergone a thorough renovation, which involved both an inside and outside renovation of the housings. Besides the facaderenovation and the renovation of the appartments, "Grønnegården" has also been provided with new green areas and outdoor spaces.
Hi-Con has supplied the project with more than 200 slender balconies and 70 landings, which have all been casted in grey CRC i2® high performance concrete.
At the Danish Architecture Day in the beginning of October, the renovation project received an award. This day, building projects all over Denmark is honered for its great architecture and "Grønnegården" was among these projects because of its successfull facade renovation and the creation of new outdoor areas.
