The balcony elements are made as cantilevered elements, and are cantilevered approx. 1.7 m from the facade (1.90 m from the support). The elements have integrated support tabs per. approx. 1.5 m, approx. 1500 x 750 x 100 mm. The thickness of the balcony entrances is 70-90 mm.
The elements have a one-sided slope towards the front edge, and have a washing edge in the front edge. There is also a drain gutter at the front, as well as a cast-in drain bowl such as Loro-X.
The balcony entrance elements are made in 2 size variants, approx. 4.5 m or 6.0 m in length. In total approx. 655 lbn.
