Hi-Con has in total supplied 44 balconies which measures between 2.2 and 4.0 meters in length and 1.1 meter in width, and are casted in light CRC I 2® High Performance Concrete with a balcony slab of just 75 mm.

The parapet balconies, where the high parapet works as the supporting element, are a solution with a reduced balcony slab which makes it possible to install the balconies on the existing façade.

The balconies create a more vivid frontage together with an outdoor living area for the majority of the youth housings.
