Kjøita Secret Garden in Kristiansand is equipped with Hi-Con balconies in light CRC i2® with rust proof fibers. 

Kjøita Secret Garden consists of three light buildings with a great architectual design that contains 140 appartments. The buildings are located in an area with great nature to which the residents have acces or views over from their balconies on both sides of the buildings.

Hi-Con supplied Kjøita with 178 balconies in four variations with balcony slabs measuring between 65-100 mm. Furthermore, Hi-Con supplied the project with 141 columns, 117 wall slabs and 31 roof plates.
