High Performance Concrete balconies on Ø4 AARhus

Ø4 AARhus is the latest building project in the new area of Aarhus, Denmark, which is located at the entry of the harbour. Ø4 AARhus  is well-known for its high level of architectural ambitions and high demand for, a special set of skills and unconventional solutions.

Ø4 AARhus contains in total 247 quality apartments, and they span between 55 and 277 square meters in size.

The 59 identical console balconies, which are installed at the facades turning against the courtyard, measures 3,5 meters in length with a width of 1,8 meters and a balcony slab that measure between 105-120 mm. In total, Hi-Con has supplied 486 galleries, 442 columns and 59 balconies in grey CRC i2® High Performance Concrete, which makes Ø4 AARhus one of our biggest balcony projects.
