Urban building at the waterfront 

At the harbor east of Aalborg, the modern building "DLG-Siloen" has been completed. The housing project represents everything from student housings, family housings and condominiums.

The apartments have been equipped with Hi-Con balconies, which provides the residents of the new DLG-Silo with a spacious outdoor area with a beautiful view over Limfjorden.

The elements

The balconies consist of both box balconies and balcony slabs in grey CRC i2® ultra high performance concrete. The box elements measure 4.5 meters in length, between 1,7-2,5 meters in length and between 2.2 - 4 meters in height.  

The balcony slabs measure between 3,7-7,2 meters in length and between 1,7 - 2,5 meters in width.

Hi-Con has supplied the project with 37 box balconies and 10 balcony slabs.
