Conservation-worthy expression meets modern demands

Hi-Con supplied the project with 250 balconies in seven different variations and 120 window boxes. Both the balconies and window boxes are cast in light CRC i2® with a thickness of 60-95 mm. 

Because of the preserved architecture from the 1930 the shape of the new balconies was met with strict demands. The goal was to recreate the architectural expression from the original balconies, minimize the weight of the balconies and comply the demands of today’s building construction.

Therefore, the new balconies both comply the modern requirements and maintain the original look.
