Focus on light and outdoor areas

The building on Vermlandsgade in Copenhagen is located in walking distance to both Christiansborg and Copenhagen University. The 8400 m2 building is built in seven floors and consists of 13 different types of apartments. What they all have in common is the amount of light getting into the apartment and their private access to a outdoor area. Most of the apartments are equipped with two balconies, which are the main providers of the great inflow of light.

Hi-Con elements

Hi-Con supplied “Christmas Moller Have” with 110 balconies in three variations. The balconies have embedded parapets in one or two sides and are cast with a thickness between 80-100 mm. 

Furthermore, Hi-con supplied the project with 222 benches in steel.
