Untraditional architecture

In Orestaden in Copenhagen, the housing association, KAB built 114 senior citizen homes. To accommodate the 2100 m2 common area, the construction is built with the traditional village in mind. The common area covers both balconies and a yard.  

Hi-Con elements

Hi-con supplied the colourful building with 118 balconies. To ensure the uniformity of the surface, the balconies are cast as one element. Furthermore, the balconies are asymmetrical, which provides the building with a remarkable facade.

The balconies are installed with brackets.
