The balconies of the Postipuisto area await the residents
The first sites to which Hi-Con delivered box balconies are waiting for their soon-to-arrive residents in the Postipuisto area in North Pasila, Helsinki.
As Oy Helsingin Rullakkokatu 1 and TA-Asumisoikeus Oy / Metsäläntie 6b B have a total of 38 slender box balconies made of light grey Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC).
The box balconies
The balconies will be 2,6 and 3,3 meters wide, 2,8 meters high and 1,9 meters deep. The balconies will have full-height glazings.
The installation of slim and light UHPC-balconies only after the finishing of the facades enables the implementation of the facades without disadvantages.
