The elegant V-shape at the waterfront in Aalborg

The V-houses in the new Star neighborhood at Østre Havn in Aalborg connects the water with the city. The V-Houses consists of apartments from 28 to 265 sqm and the v-shape of the building makes it possible to extend all apartments with balconies and a common outdoor area with grass and plants. 

Balcony slabs mounted suspended with bars  

Hi-Con has supplied the project at the waterfront with 157 balconies in UHPC.
The balconies are cast in grey CRC i2® with a G8 surface.
