New balcony project for Hi-Con in the Postipuisto area in Helsinki!

Hi-Con will supply box balconies to a project "Kirjekyyhky 4" in Helsinki.


Bracket installation will be made in spring 2021, and the installation of balcony elements will be in November 2021.

UHPC balconies

The balconies will be 2,6 and 3,3 meters wide, 2,8 meters high and 1,9 meters deep. The balconies will have full-height glazings. 

The installation of slim and light UHPC-balconies only after the finishing of the facades enables the implementation of the facades without disadvantages.

Hi-Con cantilever balconies also don't need any supports or heavy lifting
equipment during construction work!
