Huge access balconies in UHPC: "Væksthuset" in Randers, Denmark

The project "Væksthuset" includes 72 homes spread over 4 floors with 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments with a total floor area of approx. 5 800 m2.

Access to the apartments takes place via the Hi-Con access balconies located to a common courtyard. To the south, attractive roof terraces are created at the individual levels.

Hi-con is going to deliver 33 large access balconies to this project.

We are already creating our moulds and casting the elements in our production.

In addition, 56 columns in UHPC will be installed, and 18 pcs. beams in UHPC for the project.
