Campus Björksätra

The student city at Campus Björksätra in Stockholm, Sweden, consists of 280 apartments with an area of 28 m2. The apartments are carried out as prefabricated modules with integrated kitchen and bath, and afterwards transported to the student city and put together as blocks in one, two or four floors.

Because the modules are put close together, the walls only contains a small amount of insulation. The elements are cast in CRC i2® high performance concrete with built in insulation. Depending on the placement of the modules, the thickness of the walls varies between 20-50 mm.
